What to know before you start
Do I have to write a prompt?
No. We learn your products, services and writing style from your website, and we write every caption from that.
Can I edit a caption before it goes out?
Yes. Open the post in Calendar and change the caption any time before it goes out. X and Threads have shorter limits, so we shorten long captions there without cutting a word in half, instead of rewriting them.
How are hashtags handled?
Hashtags go on their own line at the end of the caption. Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok get them. For Facebook, Threads, X and Google Business, we remove that last line of hashtags.
Will every caption sound the same?
No. The topics change across your products, services and offers, while your voice stays the same. What you approve, decline or correct shapes your future posts.
