What to know before you start
Do I need to film anything?
No. We make videos from the photos in your Library, in the colors and style of your website. You review the finished video, not raw footage.
Where do the videos get posted?
As a Reel on Instagram, and as a video on TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads. We post each one on the day and time shown in Calendar.
Can I ask for a specific video?
Yes. Tap New post and choose the kind of video, or open a photo in Library and choose Animated photo. Your video arrives in Review with a caption, ready for you to approve. Each video uses 10 credits.
How long are the videos?
Up to 15 seconds each. You can watch each one with its caption before you approve it.
