What your plan includes, how credits work, and how to add a brand, pause or cancel.

What your plan includes
You get 10 new drafts every week, whatever your posting schedule. You approve the ones you want posted, and your posting schedule sets their days and times. If you approve more than fit in a week, they fill the following weeks.
Your weekly drafts keep coming, however full your calendar is.

How credits work
Your weekly drafts are included in your plan. They never use credits, and running out of credits never stops them.
You use credits when you ask us to make something extra, like more drafts, a new picture or a video. Your plan includes 60 credits a month. A picture uses 1 credit and a video uses 10.
If you run out, you can wait for your next 60 credits or add more. Extra credits come as a monthly add-on that you can remove at any time.

Before you make more drafts, the button shows how many drafts you'll get and how many credits they'll use. You only use credits for drafts that arrive.
When credits renew
- Your plan's credits renew on your billing day each month, including on a yearly plan. Credits you haven't used by then expire. They don't roll over, except when you move to a bigger add-on or switch from monthly to yearly billing.
- Each brand on your plan has its own credits and its own add-on.
- If something you asked for can't be made, you get the credits back. If you decline a draft you asked for, you don't get the credits back, because we made it and you received it.
Add more credits
- To add credits to a brand, go to Settings > Brands & plan and tap Add credits next to the brand. We also offer more credits when something you ask for needs more than you have.
- You pay for the add-on today and then on the same day each month. Extra credits last until the add-on renews.
- If you move to a bigger add-on, you pay its full price today, and today becomes its billing day. Credits you haven't used come with you. If you move to a smaller add-on, the change happens when it renews.
- If you remove the add-on, it stops renewing, and you keep its credits until the end of the month you paid for.
- If you pause or remove a brand, its add-on ends right away.
Monthly or yearly
The yearly plan is one payment for the whole year for your first brand. Each extra brand on a yearly plan is also billed yearly, at the same monthly price as on the monthly plan. In Settings, you see your plan's total for its billing period, monthly or yearly.
Add another brand
Each brand you add gets its own weekly drafts and credits, and it goes on the plan you already have. You get one bill.
If you add a brand partway through a billing period, you only pay for the days left in that period. On a yearly plan, you pay that amount right away. On a monthly plan, it's added to your next bill.
If your plan started with a free trial
- We don't charge you during the free trial.
- We email you before it ends, with the date and the price.
- If you cancel in Settings before then, your card is never charged.
- You can only get one free trial per account.
- You can't add extra credits during the free trial.
Your first charge is never a surprise.
Cancel or pause your plan
You can cancel anytime in Settings > Brands & plan > Cancel plan. You don't need to call anyone.
- Your posts and photos stay yours.
- Everything keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Your first payment comes with a 14-day refund. Email us within 14 days of that payment, and we'll refund it in full. See our refund policy.
- When your plan ends, New post and Chat stop working until you restart your plan. You still get your next 2 sets of weekly drafts, so they're ready if you come back. After that, weekly drafts stop too.
- Your extra credits add-on ends with your plan. Everything we've already made stays saved.
- Emails about your posts stop, like your weekly report and the emails about new drafts and connected accounts. You still get emails about your account and billing.
On a monthly plan, you can pause instead of canceling: once, for one month. We offer this the first time you go to cancel. You aren't charged for that month, including for any extra credits add-on, and nothing is deleted while you're away. You can't pause during a free trial.
Yearly plans can't be paused. They run until the end of their year, and you can cancel them at any time.
Referral reward
When someone you referred pays their first bill, you get $79 off your next bill, in the same currency as your bill. If that payment is refunded in full or disputed within 14 days, we take the reward back.
