Approve or decline each draft

Your drafts arrive finished, with their pictures and captions, and you see them one at a time. The top of the screen shows where you are, for example 2 of 5. You have three choices:

  • Approve: swipe right, or tap Approve. We give the post the next free time on your posting schedule and post it then. Under the next draft, a small picture of the post you approved shows the day and time it goes out.
  • Decline: swipe left, or tap the x button. We ask what was wrong, beside a small picture of the post you declined. You can pick a reason like Wrong facts, Wrong voice or Boring, or type your own. Giving a reason is optional.
  • Change: tap Change and tell us what to change, for example "Make the photo brighter." We approve the post and open Chat with your note so we can make the change. The post doesn't go out until the change is made, and we remember your note when we make future drafts.

On a computer, you can also press the right arrow key to approve and the left arrow key to decline. The post you just decided stays to the left of the next one, with when it goes out.

See how a post will look

Under each draft, tap the name of a platform, for example Instagram, to see the post the way it will look there.

When a draft says "Check 1 detail"

We check what every draft says against your facts before we make it. If a draft still says something we couldn't find there, like a price or an opening time, it shows Check 1 detail on its picture. Tap it to see what the draft says. If it's right, approve the draft. If it isn't, decline it and choose Wrong facts, and we'll show you where to fix your facts.

When you've finished

When you've decided every draft, you see the posts you approved with the day each one goes out, and a link to see them in Calendar. If none of your accounts is connected yet, tap Connect your accounts so we can post them.

Why declining helps

Declining a draft isn't a failure. It tells us what you don't want, and we use that when we make your next drafts. The more freely you decline, the sooner your drafts match what you like.

If you decline almost every draft of one kind, for example 5 of 6 offer posts, we stop making that kind. We tell you when your next drafts are ready, in the email about them and under your first draft in Review.

When there's nothing to review

Review tells you when your next drafts arrive, for example "Monday at 8:00 AM", or that we're making them now. They appear in Review as soon as they're ready.

Get more drafts

When you've reviewed all your drafts, you can ask for more, for example with Make 5 more drafts. They take about 6 minutes and appear in Review.

Each extra draft uses 1 credit, and the button shows the total before you tap. You only use credits for drafts that arrive.

Nothing is posted without your approval

Every draft waits for you. There's no setting that posts something you haven't approved.

Questions

Common questions

What happens when I decline a draft?

We don't post it. You can tell us what was wrong, and we use that when we make your next drafts.

Can I approve a draft but ask for a change?

Yes. Tap Change, then tell us what you'd like changed. The post goes on your calendar and waits for your change before it goes out, and Chat opens with your note so we can make it.

Can I get more drafts before next week?

Yes. When you've reviewed all your drafts, tap Make 5 more drafts. They take about 6 minutes, and each one uses 1 credit. You only pay for the drafts you get.
